LOLER Testing

We offer Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER) testing.

This can be carried out at the same time as a service to any equipment.

To ensure health and safety is maintained within the workplace, LOLER tests apply to all lifting equipment which is used at work. For example, a cherry picker, forklifts and telehandler.

In accordance to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) guidelines, it is a legal requirement that an examination is carried out on the machinery and equipment to make sure it is still in a safe working condition.

Following a thorough examination, a report will be written up informing you what work has been carried out during the LOLER test. Any defects found on the equipment will be reported and the appropriate repairs done to ensure the equipment is fit for purpose.

LOLER test reports should be carried out every 6 month on cherry pickers or any man lifting equipment. For any other lifting equipments and operations is 12 month.
